You can find this hidden somewhere in the wine section of your local Costco. I almost missed it because it was at the end of an aisle & I’m used to seeing rows of wine bottles (scroll down for photos). This Costco boxed wine is a fantastic deal if you’re a wine drinker. Don’t let the size of this box fool you, because you get a total of 4 bottles of wine (assuming the standard 750 ml bottle). That’s only $3.25 per bottle of wine. Good luck trying to find a better price than that. This vintage 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon scored an 89 from the wine critic James Suckling. It’s got juicy flavors of red fruit & black cherry with notes of lightly spiced oak & a soft finish. Best of all, it stays fresh for up to 30 days after opening.

Some of the more popular brands I’ve seen are the Black Box Cabernet & the Bota Box Cabernet. They all come in 3 Liter boxes & the other brands range from $15-$20 per box. Pretty hard to beat this deal at $12.99, unless you prefer the other brands. It contains 13% alcohol by volume & even comes with some opening & pouring instructions on the side. I have to disagree. The Black Box wine has a better taste.
I know the price of the Kirkland is lower but I say bring back the “Black Box”

Not only is the price fantastic, but the 3L box is more convenient than bottles in the wine refrig. My local store was out of these when I was last in but I will check again today.
It is VERY inexpensive for 3L of wine. Yes, the boxes are very easy to stack. Plus you can fit a whole lot more in the refrigerator when it’s boxed! I am shocked they were out of these being a Kirkland Signature product. I know they tend to move around in my store a lot.
