I just bought an Instant Pot from Costco & guess what? It wasn’t this model that has the Sous Vide option. Even though I could probably return it, I won’t, because it wouldn’t feel right…..plus, we LOVE our Instant Pot. I would say we use it about once a week now. I mostly use it for rice, quinoa, soups & black beans & most recently a frozen chicken. Yes, that is an entire frozen chicken that I’m pretty sure was ready in about 45 minutes. It came out surprisingly well for being pulled straight outta the freezer. It’s fantastic for those nights where there’s not much to eat and you forgot to pull something out.
